Peri Peri Chicken

Ingredients

  • Chicken Thigh (With or without skin / bone - to taste)

  • 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

  • 50g (4-5) Small / Medium long red chillies

  • 10g (5) Small / Birdseye red chillies

  • 1 Habanero (optional)

  • 3 Cloves Garlic (I usually add an entire bulb)

  • 2 tbsp sea salt

  • 1/2 Cup Olive Oil

Method

  1. Blend everything, but the oil together

  2. Slowly add the oil and keep blending

  3. Marinate the chiken overnight (if you can or at least 30 minutes)

  4. Either cook in oven or on grill (best on the BBQ)
