squid or HAProxy to a service on the internet. In other words I want to
use &lt;code class="docutils literal notranslate"&gt;&lt;span class="pre"&gt;netcat&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/code&gt; (nc) or something similar to proxy traffic through a proxy
using the proxy protocol (or CONNECT method).&lt;/p&gt;
